To commemorate this Sunday, February 20th as ʻŌpūkahaʻia Sunday, Going Far Pictures’ Hawai’i Legacy Series is giving a clip from theʻŌpūkahaʻia documentary for our islands to honor the providential life of Henry ʻŌpūkahaʻia.
Each year in February on the Sunday closest to his passing we celebrate ʻŌpūkahaʻia Sunday. It has been 204 years since his life of learning and courageous faith transformed Hawai’i forever.
